Nixon & Lindstrom is an independent insurance agency in Springfield, MO, that provides commercial, employee benefits, personal and specialized insurance policies. To entice new talent, I worked with a team to produce new recruiting materials, including social media posts. 

I sat down with each of their employees to help tell the stories about why they joined N&L and, more importantly, why they stayed.
